Shipping & Returns

Shipping 

   Your order is handcrafted and shipped from my studio in Bellwood, Pennsylvania. Most items are made and shipped inside 5 working days. Some items can take more or less time to make, more specific turn-around times are provided on the page for each item. 

   Shipping may be delayed if we are unable to reach you. I want you to love your order, that's why we send complimentary design previews. It is important that you respond to your previews as soon as possible. If for any reason you haven't received a preview within one working day, check your spam and then send us an email design@themonogramline.com.

   Items are shipped via USPS with tracking included. Most orders should arrive in 3-5 working days, but can take longer during high volume times. If your order is needed sooner we strongly suggest choosing priority mail, and contact us before placing your order so that we can do our very best to accomodate you. 

   Each shipment is insured. In the event that your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, let us know right away. I include insurance with every shipment, and we'll be happy to file a claim for reinbursement or re-make and re-send your order.

Returns & Exchanges

   Due to the personalized nature of our items, all sales are final. In the event that we have made a mistake while creating your order we will re-make and re-send the correct items, we must be notified within three days of receiving your order. 

   Please contact us with any problems and we will do our best to work out a solution.
